In this book I hope to have introduced the minimum of knowledge necessary to attain at least the beginnings of an understanding of one of the greatest scientific challenges that I am aware. The existence of the phenomenon of biological transmutation of chemical (isotopic) elements would not be denied by pretty much every scientist on the planet if it were easy to demonstrate, or to predict using existing scientific theory. The nearest known phenomenon – cold fusion – is also denied by most mainstream scientists and no consensus exists for an explanation as yet… In the book – as drafted so far – I have not made explicit mention of the cosmic forces or elemental beings that Steiner referred to elsewhere in his lectures. This is largely because my knowledge of these realms is limited.
In this closing chapter the wider considerations for future experimental research will be discussed…
